Booking

 

• Please book your place using the Application Form (this can be downloaded)
• The deposit for each camp is non-refundable and should be paid as soon as possible to ensure a place at the selected camp. Cheques should be made payable to Severnvale Ltd. The remainder must be paid no later than two weeks before the camp.
• Juliet must be made aware of any medications required during camp with written instructions on dosage.
• Severnvale reserves the right to change or cancel any camp, but where possible will offer an alternative, if an alternative cannot be found then your deposit will be refunded.

About the camp

• Children are not permitted to bring mobiles to camp - they may use the yard phone to call home.
• Parents are welcome to visit or phone their children at anytime (around meal times are generally easiest).
• There is normally a competition on the last day of the three night camp, which starts at approximately 2:00 p.m.- parents are invited to come along to this, to support their children.
