The annual subscription to join the Club is £25, which entitles members to take part in the Pony Club activities. Members also receive magazines and other information to help them enjoy their riding. Members benefit from activities organised by Severnvale, such as rallies, camps competitions, tests and trips. The SVEC Saturday Morning Club and Juliet’s Camps all work towards the Pony Club tests and badges. The rallies, which are usually held during school holidays, cost £25 each, for 4 hours of activities.

So what does membership include?

• Achievement Badges - there are 20 subjects, ranging from bandaging and rugs, to road safety, which members can test their skills against. Members who are successful are awarded an embroidered badge, which can be sewn onto sweatshirts.
• Progressive Tests - there are four Tests - they are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, each of which has three levels, ending in Award 1. These help prepare members for the Efficiency Tests as well as being a great way to monitor progress. 
• Efficiency Tests – these are the traditional Pony Club Tests.

Severnvale is a Pony Club Centre.

This club is for clients under 25 years of age, and is open to both none pony owners as well as those lucky enough to own a pony. The Severnvale Pony Club is specifically for those who do not own a pony but would like to take part in all of the activities offered to other Pony Club Members.
